Late fees are paid to the government at cost, if filed today. Our fee covers the filing and the follow-up.
The short answerAnnual filings for a small Private Limited Company are made up of three parts: our fee, the statutory audit fee and small MCA form fees. Our professional fee starts from ₹9,999 per year plus 18% GST for AOC-4, MGT-7A, DIR-3 KYC and the AGM paperwork. MCA form fees depend on authorised capital and are paid at cost. All-in, that is ₹11,799 to ₹29,499 per year across our plans for the default case (per year), with government fees included where they apply.
Our fee and GST are the whole cost unless the government fee row says otherwise.

MCA filing fees depend on authorised capital and are paid at cost. Audit fee is quoted by the auditor.
MCA filing fees for AOC-4 and MGT-7A are set by authorised capital slabs, from a few hundred rupees for a ₹1 lakh company upwards.
Every company needs a statutory audit regardless of turnover. The auditor quotes their own fee, which rises with transaction volume and complexity.
DIR-3 KYC is filed for every director each year. It is included in every plan; the number of directors changes the work, not our price.
Filings are quick when the books are closed and reconciled. Unreconciled books add clean-up work, which we quote before starting.
AOC-4 and MGT-7 carry an additional fee of ₹100 per day per form with no cap. A late DIR-3 KYC costs ₹5,000 per director. Filing on time is the largest saving on this page.
Starter is the statutory minimum. Growth adds the income tax return, board and AGM minutes, statutory registers and ADT-1. Complete adds a books review before the audit, audit coordination, DPT-3 and MSME-1.
Professional fees below are per year and exclude GST. MCA filing fees are paid at cost, and the audit fee is quoted by the auditor.

Normal filing fees are set by authorised capital: a few hundred rupees per form for companies up to ₹1 lakh capital and rising with the slab. They are paid on the MCA portal at cost and shown on your invoice. The additional fee for late filing, ₹100 per day per form, is the figure to avoid.
The auditor quotes it based on your transaction volume, and for a small company with clean books it is usually a modest four-figure to low five-figure amount. We coordinate with an independent auditor and tell you their fee before you sign, so the total annual cost has no surprises.
Yes, 18% on our professional fee, claimable as input credit if the company is GST registered. MCA fees and the auditor's fee are separate and shown as they are.
Yes. We list the pending forms and the additional fees already accrued, quote the clean-up once, and file everything on one calendar. The sooner it is filed the smaller the ₹100 per day line, so we start with the oldest form.
Government fees, forms and due dates on this page are checked against these portals. Where a state or a year changes a figure, we say so on the call.
