What it is like to work here
You own files, not tasks. A founder who registers with us gets one name, and that name is yours from the first call to the certificate and the filings after it. You will talk to clients on WhatsApp every day, explain forms in plain English and make the call on when to escalate. If you prefer working through a queue where someone else talks to the client, this will not suit you.
The work is real and the deadlines are real. September and October are heavy: DIR-3 KYC, tax audits, AGMs, AOC-4. The rest of the year is steadier and we plan leave around the calendar, not the other way round. We do not do late nights as a habit, and we do not measure you on hours. We measure you on filings that go in on time and clients who stay.
You will learn fast because the range is wide: incorporation, GST, TDS, ROC, ESOPs, pitch decks and financial models all pass through the same small team. Juniors sit with seniors on calls from the first week. What we ask in return is honesty with clients and with each other, especially when something has gone wrong.
