"What will this actually cost?" and "Who do I call when something goes wrong?" Neither had a straight answer at most filing services. BizExpress was set up in Mumbai in 2021 to give both. We are a DPIIT-recognised startup ourselves, which means we have filed the same forms, chased the same portals and paid the same government fees that our clients do.
Today the team works from Mumbai and Bengaluru and handles incorporation, GST, income tax, TDS, ROC filings, ESOPs, pitch decks, financial models and trademarks for founders across India. Most of the work happens on WhatsApp and email, so where you are does not matter much. What matters is that your filings go in on time and you always know what you are paying for.
Every service page shows our fee, the GST on it and the government fees as separate lines before you talk to anyone. For incorporation that includes stamp duty for your state and capital. If the scope changes on the call, for example you need three directors instead of two, you see the new number before you pay. Nothing is added at delivery.
After the first call you get the name and WhatsApp number of the expert who will do the work. They collect your documents, file, follow up with the registrar or the tax officer, and message you at each step. If they are on leave, they tell you who is covering. You are never routed to a ticket queue.
