How to read this page. Every figure is our professional fee before GST. Where a government fee applies, the service page and its estimator disclose it upfront for your state, capital or class. A fee marked “quoted on the call” depends on scope we confirm with you first.
The number you see is the number you pay. Our fee, government fees and any additional costs are all disclosed upfront, before you commit.

Questions founders ask about pricing
What is included in the price?
Our professional fee for everything the plan lists: drafting, filings, follow-ups with the department and the certificate or acknowledgement at the end. Each plan on this page shows its top inclusions and the service page lists all of them. If something is not on the list, it is not included, and we say so before you pay.
Is GST charged on your fees?
Yes, 18% GST applies to our professional fee, as it does to every registered service provider in India. Every estimator and quote shows the fee, the GST and the total on separate lines. If your business is GST-registered you can claim the GST we charge as input credit, so the net cost to you is the fee alone.
What government fees do I pay on top?
Whatever the department charges for your case: stamp duty on the incorporation documents (which varies by state and capital), the trademark filing fee per class, or nothing at all for a GST registration. These are paid at cost and disclosed upfront next to our fee. We never mark them up or bundle them into a round number.
What if I change my mind? Do you refund?
If we have not started work, the fee is refunded in full within seven working days. Once documents are filed with a government portal, the government fee and the work done are not refundable, but any unused part of the plan is. The refund policy page sets out the exact stages and amounts.
How do I pay?
UPI, card, net banking or bank transfer, in Indian rupees. Founders abroad can pay by international card. One-time services are paid before filing; monthly and yearly plans are billed at the start of each period with a GST invoice. You get the invoice and the payment receipt by email within a day.
