DefinitionSPICe+ is the MCA's integrated web form for incorporating a company, with Part A for name reservation and Part B for incorporation, PAN, TAN, DIN allotment and the linked AGILE-PRO-S registrations.
SPICe+ (Simplified Proforma for Incorporating Company Electronically Plus) replaced the older SPICe form in 2020. Part A reserves the name, usually within 3 to 4 working days. Part B then collects the registered office, subscribers, directors, capital and attachments, allots DINs to up to three directors who do not have one, and applies for PAN and TAN; the MOA (INC-33), AOA (INC-34), declarations (INC-9) and AGILE-PRO-S are linked forms filed with it. Incorporation follows in 8 to 10 working days after filing, so 12 to 15 working days end to end from complete documents. You meet it once, at the start, but every document you upload becomes part of the permanent MCA record. What it means for you: the MCA fee is nil up to ₹15 lakh authorised capital, stamp duty depends on the state, and errors mean a resubmission that adds a week.
