AGILE-PRO

When you incorporate a company through SPICe+, the MCA bundles the registrations most businesses need into one linked form called AGILE-PRO-S. In it you choose whether to apply for a GSTIN, and you are automatically registered with EPFO and ESIC, with profession tax where the state levies it, and with a bank of your choice for the current account. The result is that a new company usually receives its PAN, TAN, EPFO and ESIC numbers along with the Certificate of Incorporation. What it means for you: fewer separate applications, but also more decisions on day one. Opting into GST before you have revenue starts the return clock immediately, so many founders decline GST in AGILE-PRO-S and apply later when they cross the threshold or need to bill a client.
